Affirmations are positive statements that can help you overcome self-sabotaging, negative thoughts. You probably have areas in your life that you'd like to change, and affirmations can help you target negative thoughts that you hold about these areas.
For example, since you're on my website, you're probably a highly sensitive person who wants to set boundaries in your life and practice better self-care. You likely hold some negative or unhelpful beliefs about these areas that are holding you back, even if they're subconscious.
Research has shown that using affirmations has positive effects on the brain. By using affirmations daily, you can re-wire your brain to have healthier thought patterns that will be more helpful when it comes to self-improvement!
I've come up with 26 affirmation statements that are the opposite of those negative thoughts that you have. Repeat the affirmations throughout the day, especially if you find yourself engaging in negative self-talk. These affirmation cards are beautiful (if I do say so myself) and are convenient little squares that are just under 3 x 3 inches, so you can take them anywhere!
